Sous-Vide keetja, Cook 9 is the innovative technology, specifically studied to cook products previously vacuum packed, which is able to balance together the most advanced and accurate cooking techniques with the respect of the oldest cooking traditions. The control board has been conceived for an immediate and easy usage, to be adapted to different and specific food products.

The heating system – through electrical resistance, placed under the water bath – is able to assure a constant temperature to the benefit of the quality of the cooked products.
